History

The Illinois Railroad and Warehouse Commission directed the Louisville and Nashville Railroad to establish a depot at Delafield on July 1, 1913 to resolve a complaint by F. T. Epperson. September 1, 1913 was set as the deadline for building plans with desired completion date on or before January 1, 1914.
